Book Your Massage or Stretch Therapy Service
To schedule a service, please fill out this form to book the appointment.
Advanced reservations are highly recommended, as last-minute appointments are typically not available.
Please Consider The Following To Help Your Session Go Smoothly:
- Your therapist will arrive approximately 10 minutes before the session to set up and review your intake form and concerns before starting the session.
- Please provide parking instructions for the therapist when booking the appointment.
- Provide a space that is ideally 5′ x 10′. This allows enough space for the table and the massage therapist. For example, this space can be in a living room, bedroom, or backyard. Whatever works best for you.
- Please consider making sure the temperature of the room/area the massage will take place is set for your comfort.
- When in doubt, shower. If you have gotten sweaty for some reason(hot weather, a workout), showering before your therapist arrives is recommended.
- Your therapist enjoys pets and can work around them. If you think you will be bothered by your puppy barking or your cat jumping on the table, please ensure your loved ones are in another area before the session.
The Booking Process
POLICIES
ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
A NEW CLIENT INTAKE FORM will be available to fill out if you haven’t done so online already. Your comfort is essential; please let Anamari know if there is anything she can do to make your experience enjoyable.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your session might be shortened to accommodate others. Anamari will do her best to maximize your time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Anamari understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In her desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are described below.
48-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cannot provide 48 hours advance notice, you will be charged the total amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Anamari will not tolerate any requests for sexual services or provocative or violent behavior. Violations of this policy will result in the termination of the session and the filing of a sexual harassment complaint with local authorities. Anamari reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
DOCTOR’S REFERRAL
If you suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes, blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, or are going through a pregnancy, or if you have recently had surgery, were involved in any physical accident, or suffer from any severe health condition, Anamari will need your doctor’s approval before she can proceed with any services. Anamari does not perform services on individuals intoxicated or under the influence of controlled substances, have been sick in the last 72 hours, or suffer from fever or acute illness at the time of their appointment.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are at the client’s discretion (generally between 18%-25%).
TRAVELING FEE
There is a traveling fee to locations outside of the Orange County and Ventura County areas.
GIFT CARDS
Transferable to friends and family members with prior notice. Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift cards expire after 90 days.
PREPAID PACKAGES
Packages expire after 6 months and are transferable to friends and family or can be used as a gift with prior notice. Due to Anamari’s busy schedule, it is always best to schedule your appointment at least 2-4 weeks in advance. If a last-minute appointment is not possible, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified of any last-minute cancellations. If you also have a busy schedule and cannot commit to scheduling your appointment in advance, packages may not be suitable for you.
