You and Anamari will work together to create this template to ensure you have the knowledge and confidence to design various menus. This time together will allow you to learn how to achieve greater flexibility with your food choices and take the guesswork out of tracking macros.
WEEKLY CHECK-INS & ACCOUNTABILITY
Weekly check-ins and macro updates with Anamari. You will talk about wins and challenges, sleep, stress levels, hydration, energy levels, overall performance, and make adjustments necessary to continue seeing progress so that you never feel stuck or alone.
RESOURCES
An introductory guide to tracking your macros plus access to a library of additional resources designed to help you with tracking, eating out, navigating social situations and travel, and meal prep so that you feel prepared for all situations that may come your way.

GETTING STARTED
Step 1: Video Consultation
Click this link to schedule a video consultation and fill out a detailed questionnaire that will allow Anamari to create a plan that aligns with your preferences and lifestyle
Step 2: Meet Your Coach
You meet with Anamari and discuss your responses and nutrition goals
Step 3: Onboarding
You spend the first week learning how to track your food, using the MyFitnessPal app, receive your personalized Macro Plan, Meal Template, and Introduction Email, and start tracking
Step 4: Planning & Tracking
You’ll be “counting macros” for the remainder of your program. You already know how to do this at this stage, so now it’s all about execution. Simply plan your meals to hit your macros and log them.
Step 5: Weekly Check-Ins
Submit your tracking log each week by the specified time. During your scheduled check-in, Anamari reviews your progress, provides feedback, discusses any challenges you may have faced that week, and helps you adjust for the next week.
Step 6: Stay Connected
Trust the process; Anamari will make changes to your program as necessary. She is available to provide guidance and support, whether it’s your check-in day or not.
