12-Week Home Training Part 1


This 12-week home-based program is for individuals with limited access to equipment, lack time to commute to the gym, or prefer to work out in the comfort of their home. This program will provide the tools to build muscle or lose fat through science-based principles. While training at home, you can select a bodyweight-only program or an advanced option designed to challenge yourself and get optimal results using the following equipment: dumbbells, resistance bands, exercise ball, and a workout mat.

The Home Training Parts 1-3 are designed to build your best physique and take your confidence to the next level. Results take time, don’t skip steps. Start with Home Training PART 1 and work your way up to Home Training PART 3
